Very disappointing experience. I would especially like to mention Victoria, who never answers phone calls, rarely responds to messages, and provides little to no assistance when help is needed. Her lack of communication and professionalism is unacceptable. Many of the positive reviews appear questionable and do not reflect the experience I received. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this insurance agency.
